A 380 sqm house-villa in Paros, where GALILEOS | John Grillas Partners handled the detailed design and the entire construction. The design combines white-rendered building sections with volumes in local stone around an extensive pool, with a private gym, multiple guest rooms and shaded outdoor living areas under a pergola.
According to the approved Energy Performance Certificate, the house is classified as energy class A+, with underfloor heating and a heat-pump system for heating, cooling and domestic hot water. Inside, natural materials — stone, wood — and carefully considered lighting create warm, welcoming spaces throughout the home.
