A 187 sqm apartment in Athens, where GALILEOS | John Grillas Partners undertook the design, the detailed design and the interior design for its full renovation, in collaboration with the architectural office m2architects – Manolis Metridis Architect. The open-plan kitchen-living area combines natural wood flooring, white surfaces and curated art pieces, while the dining area enjoys a direct view of the Acropolis.
A defining feature of the project is the 200 sqm rooftop terrace for exclusive use, connected independently via an external spiral metal staircase. The outdoor space is organized around a pergola with integrated lighting, a dining area, a lounge and a BBQ, offering panoramic views of the Acropolis and the city. The apartment is energy class A and the renovation was completed in 2021.
