A house-villa in Paros, with an emphasis on the relationship between indoor and outdoor space around the pool. The design combines white-rendered building sections with volumes in local stone, creating a clear contrast of materials characteristic of Cycladic architecture.
The house is energy class A+, with underfloor heating and a heat-pump system for heating, cooling and domestic hot water, significantly reducing the home's running costs year-round. The architectural design was carried out in collaboration with the architecture office of Leonidas Batrinos.
