An 85 sqm single-family home in Oia, Santorini, where GALILEOS | John Grillas Partners undertook the design and construction, completed in 2020. The space is organized around an open living area with wood, stone and textile materials in earthy tones, vaulted ceilings and bold black frames that highlight the Cycladic architecture. A private pool and a shaded pergola terrace complete the outdoor living space.
According to the approved Energy Performance Certificate, the house is classified as energy class B. Inside, handmade textiles, macrame and natural materials compose a warm, boho-Cycladic aesthetic, while the bathrooms — with curved, polished walls and openings for natural light — complete the stay experience.
