Santorini Hotel is a 4-star hotel unit, where GALILEOS | John Grillas Partners handled the design, construction and interior design from the outset through to turnkey delivery. The design follows the traditional Cycladic style — white, curved surfaces, vaulted openings — combined with modern construction solutions and high-quality finishes.
Particular attention was paid to managing the demanding, rocky plot, integrating the unit into the natural landscape and building the pool that "wraps around" the building. Inside, natural materials — wood, stone, brass — compose warm, welcoming living spaces. The architectural design is signed by the m2architects design team, in collaboration with GALILEOS | John Grillas Partners for construction.
