A complex of stone homes in Arachova, designed in the area's traditional mountain idiom — natural local stone, tiled roofs and wooden openings — arranged over multiple levels on a sloping plot with views of Mount Parnassos.
During construction, our office undertook the full set of detailed-design studies, as well as the road engineering and hydraulic works studies for access and connecting the complex to the infrastructure networks. The homes are fitted with heat-pump systems and according to the approved Energy Performance Study, the homes are classified as energy class B.
