A 175 sqm apartment in Philothei, fully renovated in 2026. On the exterior, the building's original architectural character was preserved and highlighted, using the original construction techniques (artificiel), while the interior was completely redesigned with modern materials in minimal lines. GALILEOS|JOHN GRILLAS PARTNERS undertook the detailed design and construction, in collaboration with the interior design studio of Rozi Varangi and the lighting design company Riche.
The apartment was built to energy class A+, with a natural gas heating system, and includes a parking space.
