Energy upgrade of a listed municipal building in Krestena, a two-storey stone building with a tiled roof. Our office carried out the full survey of the existing building and the detailed-design studies for its energy upgrade, while preserving the historic character of the facade.
The intervention includes, among other measures, installation of a photovoltaic pergola in the surrounding area, targeting energy class B, combining preservation of the building's architectural identity with modern energy-efficiency standards.
